Only the highest quality raw materials are combined with the spring water of the Sila plateau, selected from the best crops from certified organic farming. The authenticity of ancient flavors all enclosed in a can: bergamots, cedars, oranges, lemons and pomegranates ripen under the sun of Calabria and Sicily.

Only natural methods
The cultivation, harvesting and natural treatments take place with traditional methods to safeguard the health of our land and the quality of the products.
To preserve the juice, a standard pasteurization is not carried out, but a particularly delicate flash pasteurization. The juice is heated to 75 ° C for a few seconds. This preserves the valuable ingredients unlike conventional pasteurization, which takes 20 to 45 minutes at 85-110 ° C.

B-ELITE in cans: an eco-sustainable choice?
Aluminum, 100% recyclable, is an infinite wealth for its good ecological balance and its advantages are many:
- A great advantage is the total protection of the drink from the sun’s rays. The glass bottle will never be able to guarantee the total protection offered by the can.
- The can also protects against oxidation: there is in fact no danger of contact between oxygen and the drink. Quality and shelf life are preserved.
- The can is easy to transport, is significantly lighter and, compared to glass, is practically unbreakable. Therefore it does not require a large amount of packaging for safety in transport.
- The environmental impact is also drastically influenced by transport.
Transporting a bottle emits 20% more CO2 than a can.
- Aluminum is more environmentally friendly than glass. First of all it is 100% recyclable indefinitely, without ever losing quality. Recycling requires up to 95% less energy and CO2 impact than producing it from raw material, compared to 26.5% for glass.
