Biofficina carries out research and development work to find out the best organoleptic characteristics of the fruits, to extract and blend the most important ingredients of the raw materials used and thus to develop exclusive-looking functional drinks for the consumer. The experiments required for this are all carried out directly on an Industry 4.0 bottling line.
