We, the managing director and commercial manager Francesco Spadafora,
the quality and research manager Rossella Sottile, the production manager
Raffaele Spadafora and other members of our team form BIOFFICINA.

Biofficina was born in Calabria, a land that boasts a long tradition in the beverage sector and that offers a variety of food products of the highest quality, with the experience and know-how of experts in the sector, with the aim of creating product lines that range from meeting the new lifestyles and needs of consumers.

We are a company attentive to respect for tradition but open to technological innovation in order to obtain a high quality product.

Dedication, wisdom and respect for ancient traditions is our first goal. B-ÉLITE encompasses in every taste the meeting of a purely Italian tradition and we are convinced of having to guard the treasures of our land to give life to a healthier world.
Founders of the company we are:
Francesco Spadafora – management engineer, senior expert in logistics and commercial in the Beverage sector
Rossella Sottile – management engineer, senior expert in Quality Management Systems and Food Safety – R&D design
Raffaele Spadafora – senior production expert in the bottling sector (partner and legal representative of Spadafora srl, a company that has been producing soft drinks since 1945)
The team is completed with the collaboration of internal experts in nutrition and the scientific supervision of the University of Calabria and in particular with the Macrofarm Spin-off of the Department of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Nutrition, directed by Professor Francesco PUOCI, scientific director , and by Dr. Fabio Amone and Dr. Anna Vattimo.
